- 1. Use IE with Windows Media Player with Internet. If you are using Firefox or Opera, the video may not show correctly.
- 2. You need a Good Internet connection, be sure to have at least a 500Kbps download capacity. Close all other programs that may keep your bandwidth busy. If you get a timeout - check your internet connection.
- 3. For Channel 1 and Channel 2, click on the Play buttom and wait for 2-3 minutes for the stream to buffer. If it errors saying cannot load channel, close all IE windows and restart IE.
- 4. For Channel 3 you need the sopcast player installed on your machine. You can download it by clicking here
- 5. After the installation of the Sopcast player, restart your browser.
- 6. The stream buildup may require a few minutes, typically from 2-5 minutes. Be Patient.
